Zoya Nail Polish | Review

Any nail polish addicts out there like me?
If you are one of those people, then this post will be perfect for you..

I am going to be telling you about a Zoya nail polish I have been loving recently..
For those who don't know what Zoya is, they are a nail polish brand which do an amazing range of nail polishes in beautiful shades and nail accessories.
Want to check out their website? Feel free to open this link - www.zoyapolish.co.uk

The shade I have been raving about lately is 'Payton', it is a stunning purple colour with lots of tiny bits of sparkle mixed it, perfect for all us women who love a bit of shimmer here and there.

This shade can be worn all year round, it works great for summer, as the shimmer will glisten in the sun, and the dark shade is ideal for winter for those more dull & darker days.

This nail polish took me about 5-10 minutes to apply, which is amazing for me as I normally end up having to do lots of layers before the colour is strong. This polish is super pigmented and the first layer applies so well, therefore you only need to do around 2 layers. I did apply a layer of topcoat, however, this polish dries soooooo shiny that you could probably get away with not applying a topcoat at all.

I love the shape of the bottle, the rounded top is modern and funky. The bottle is so much comfier to hold, as there's no sharp edges.

The only down side to this polish personally, is the brush, its to long for me and a little on the thin side. I like short & wide nail polish brushes, however it did work well for the more longer nails. This is something I can get over, and defiantly wont put me off using this polish time & time again.

These polishes value at £10.50 from the UK website (prices may vary), which I think is a bargain, there is so much product in such a tiny bottle and the quality is insane.

Thank you for reading, I hope you will consider this amazing brand.

Blogging tip #1

Good afternoon!
As a sort of newbie to the blogging world I struggled at first to make my posts and photographs impressive so that people would take me seriously, which is why I came up with the idea of doing a series of posts which will be all about blogging tips and I know I'm not a pro at blogging but when I first started blogging I always found other bloggers tips and ideas helpful and I hope I can help other to so here is my first tip...

When I take photos for my blog, even now I find it hard to make the photos stand out and be good quality with an attractive background therefore I came up with an idea which I'm sure a lot of bloggers already use but I thought it was a neat idea which anyone can use without the cost of expensive lighting or fabric.

Wallpaper samples!!!
With wallpaper samples you can get them for free and you will have several patterns plus colours to choose from, you could stick to the same background or switch them around each time. I wasn't sure about this idea when trying it out for myself but once I saw the outcome of the photos with the wallpaper background they actually look really good. Another great thing about this photography tip is that both males and females can have a go at this as I'm sure there will be wallpapers available to suit both sexes.

Here are a few sample photographs of some wallpaper samples I chose and will hopefully give you an idea of what it looks like with wallpaper as the background.

I hope you enjoyed this post and that it helped you in some way, look forward to seeing more of my upcoming posts with the wallpaper backgrounds which I hope will be more eye-catching than taking a photo of a product sat on a rusty carpet!!!
