DGJ Organics Hangover Hair!

Afternoon!

I discovered a brand recently called DGJ Organics and they specialise in organic hair care products. I have been trying out two of their products which I am super-duper impressed with and will be sharing with you today!

So, I received these products to try out a few weeks ago and ever since, I've been putting them to the test and they are seriously are amazing for anyone with hair that could do with some serious TLC, especially my hair that's been coloured more times than I can remember!
The products I've been using are the Hangover Hair Luxury Shampoo & Conditioner, which are meant to help give an intensive detox for dull, tired and stressed hair which sounds perfect for my hair!

I am not normally a fan of lavender, its always been a scent that has either given me a headache or makes me feel sick, however, I was pleasantly surprised when I discovered that these products had a very light scent of lavender, which wasn't strong/unbearable.

The end results beat my expectations, I was left with such soft, shiny hair! My hair can easily go greasy if I don't wash it properly, so to be pleased with hair care products, they must not give my hair a greasy finish and this one doesn't, therefore I now use these products every time I wash my hair as they work so well with my (hard to manage) hair.

You leave the conditioner on for 10-20 minutes, which is a long time for a conditioner, therefore I'm guessing it could also be classed as a deep conditioning treatment. It could be the fact that I leave the conditioner on for longer than usual which helps my hair avoid becoming greasy.

Another bonus is that this brand is organic, everything in their products is healthy for your hair and not damaging in any way.

I got the 250ml bottles and they have lasted me about three weeks and I'm still nowhere near half way through using them, so they hopefully will last me a while!

So impressed with this brand and will for sure be doing more research into DGJ Organics!

I hope you enjoyed reading, let me know what hair products your loving at the moment!

MyChelle Revitalizing Night Cream | Review

Ever suffered with dry skin and constant break outs? Then join me as I talk about a product which might just become your best friend!

I have recently discovered a product from the brand MyChelle and I have been trying out there Revitalizing Night Cream for age defense, now obviously I don't need this product for age defense, I am only 19, no wrinkles have appeared yet (that I have noticed - hehe)! This cream helps me in the way that it restores radiance and firmness, as well as increasing hydration - all these are great in order to help my dry skin disappear or fade. The packaging describes that this cream should work within 4 weeks, I haven't been trying this product for 4 weeks but I already can tell it is a very good, high quality product.

I use this cream every night before bed, after cleansing my face, you do not have to wash this off which is great as its such a hassle having to wash face products off when your so tired and just want to hop into bed! This product is applied to the face and neck, a tiny amount goes a long way and it smells lovely. The product isn't to thick, I don't want to be going to sleep feeling like I have a face mask on, so this product is great for giving a light weight feel once applied. The one thing I really love about this product is that it doesn't dry as soon as you apply it to your skin, making it very blend able and kind to dry skin. I wash my face every morning to get rid of any product from the night before and my skin is left feeling smooth and looking more lively.

As well as this product being awesome, it is also cruelty-free, vegan friendly & gluten free. I am a big supporter of the cruelty-free/no testing on animals community so when I found the cruelty free bunny on the packaging I was very happy.

This product is worth giving a go for anyone who feels like they need to add a hint of freshness to there skin. After being so impressed with this product, I am very curious to see what other products they have to offer, therefore will be checking out there website some more.

I hope you liked this post or that it came in handy.
I hope everyone has a great day, oh and its apparently 'calm day' today, so everyone get some of this cream, have a pamper night and stay calm!

NSPA Massage & Body Oil | Review

Happy Friday everyone, Its finally the weekend! Time to relax and put your hard working feet up, which is why I am doing a review on a product which may just help you to relax that little bit easier. Today's products is a Massage & Body oil by a brand I am getting quite fond of, called 'nspa'. I first tried the nspa hand held massager which is a marvellous tool to use. I then purchased the ultimate cleansing tonic which I now use on a daily basis instead of face wipes as it removes makeup as well as cleansing your skin. I admire this cleanser for two reasons: 1. Its cheaper to use, with face wipes you have to buy another pack within approximately a few weeks depending on how often you use them and 2. It leaves my face feeling fresh!

Every product from the nspa range are so affordable and I'm not one to spend hundreds of pounds on beauty or body products, so I can genuinely say I have found a brand which I will stick with for a long time due to every product I've tried being spot on and doing the job it says its suppose to do!

Here is a picture of all the products I own from nspa, although its not a lot I am quite new to this brand so I hope to be able to try out more products as time goes on.

Out of all three products my favourite is the ultimate cleansing tonic as I get so much use out of it and although it is a liquid it doesn't feel to thick or oily when on my skin.

Now onto the main product which is very new, the Massage & Body oil.

When I purchased this product I had every right to get a decent massage from my younger sister and no I didn't bribe her! After my massage I had to return the favour and massage her back, so altogether we both won! Anyway, moving on.. I didn't believe that this product would warm up once in the palm of your hands and I must admit it took a few tries to create the warm effect but in the end we did it and the oil did turn warm and felt incredible on my back. The oil is quite thick but once you rub the oil in between the palm of your hands it feels less thick. One thing I don't like which isn't much of a problem is when your done using the massage oil your hands will feel mega greasy which I expected as its oil, but once you have given your hands a good wash they will feel fine again.
One reason I am a big fan of this massage oil from the massagers point of view is that it makes it easier to massage the skin as the skin is no longer dry, leaving a mild slippery effect.

One last advantage of this brand is that they are.... CRUELTY FREE, therefore there products are NOT tested on animals which is great to hear for a vegetarian & animal lover like myself.

I would rate this product a 8/10 and the brand over all a 10/10.

Thank you for reading, have a great weekend!

Need Sweets | Vegetarian/Vegan sweets

hello, and good morning. I have an exciting post coming up for you today about a company I came across via twitter, they are a company called 'Need Sweets' and they specialise in sweets for vegetarians and vegans which I admire as being a vegetarian myself I find it so hard to discover decent tasting sweets that have the 'suitable for vegetarians' logo/sign on. Its handy knowing that all the sweets that are suitable for me are in one place and I don't have to search around for them.

Here is there website: CLICK HERE TO BE TAKEN TO IT.

Now onto the review, I will show each sweet packet and tell you my honest opinions.

These are the flying saucers and at the moment on their website they are only 99p and you get quite a lot in one pack. I am not a fan of flying saucers but I did try one and they are nice but not the sort of sweets that I would go for. However my mum and dad tried these, my dad is addicted to flying saucers so he really enjoyed them. My mums opinions were that they were as nice as the non vegetarian variety, the sherbet is bitter but in a nice way and lastly the texture is nice. Whenever I review products I sometimes add my family's opinions in to show different peoples opinions and in this case you will be hearing opinions from a vegetarian and non vegetarians.

These sweets are in fact Haribo Rotella's. My sister loves these, however again im not as keen on them but they are nice and fruity. They basically are like and normal laces you would buy in packets but rolled up. There is a good variety of flavours to choose from. My mum says that they were very tasty, she would buy these in a supermarket even though there vegetarian.

Here we have a rice crispy square, as you probably know marshmallow contains gelatine therefore the Kelloggs square bars are NOT vegetarian due to the marshmallow that is included. This square bar does not contain gelatine in the marshmallow. They do sell vegan marshmallows which I will later on talk about and I suppose they use them marshmallows for the the rice crispy treats. These rice crispy treats are nice, however the marshmallow taste abit to odd and I think that these would be good with chocolate on.

Vegetarian marshmallows? Yes you read right, I was shocked to and this must be wrong but they are genuinely 100% vegan! However they don't taste just like marshmallows but what do you expect when they're vegan. They are quite sticky but once you chew them they have to same texture as a normal marshmallow, these are vanilla and if it wasn't for the taste they would be quite similar to normal marshmallows. You get quite a lot of marshmallows in one container so would defiantly be worth the buy. My grandad is addicted to marshmallows and he tried one, he liked them but did agree that the texture was different, to say he wouldn't give me the tub back I take that as he liked them!

This is Rocky Road and was scrummy! The chocolate was very rich and a nice surprise with the nuts as nuts aren't usually an ingredient in the non vegetarian option. A small amount is enough to satisfy as the chocolate is so dark and smooth

These are hands down my favourite sweets at the moment, vegetarian cola bottles are so hard to find as normal ones would contain gelatine. Without gelatine cola bottles are not as soft and are easy to bite through just as a warning as my mum moans a lot that vegetarian cola bottles don't taste as nice but personally I prefer them as there not as sickly! Its hard to explain the texture of them but once you know what the texture is like you will be able to notice if there vegetarian just by biting into one. When I had the first one of these fizzy cola bottles I was overwhelmed by the sourness of them but once you get use to how sour they are they taste so good and I have got use to them being so sour and prefer them like that now. I got a lot of sweets in what looks like this tiny packet. I would and will be buying these again.

I was surprised to see this little treat in my box of goodies as I have never tried a smores bar before and I can honestly say there very tasty! They remind me of a wagon wheel but with dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate. This bar consists of a biscuit base with marshmallow on top and then covered in chocolate. Worth trying!

Be sure to check them out for other great sweet treats and even gift hampers!

Pravera.co.uk | Organii skincare range review

Hello girls, I have a mini review for you about a company I came across a few months ago called pravera and they are a company who sell cruelty free cosmetic products and skincare products, they have different company's in which they sell their products such as beneco's and lavera but they have their own range of skincare products called Organii, as you can tell by the name they sell organic products.

As I am a massive lover of anything cruelty free I had to try some of their products out and they were kind enough to send me two of their products..

I tried out the liquid soap in the fragrance rose. The smell is really nice, however for me the smell is abit to strong for my liking but my sister loved the smell and she can't stop using it! I adore the packaging it's such a simple design yet effective. This soap leaves your hands so soft, I only use it on my hands but it can also be used on your body as a bodywash. The size of the bottle is quite big and it should last a long time so you would be getting a lot of product for the money you pay which is £4.45.

This is the second product I tried which was a cream soap in the fragrance lime tree blossom, this came in such a cute box and smelt amazing even before I took the soap out of the box. This soap wasn't named 'cream soap' for no reason, it literally is so creamy when on your skin and leaves your skin looking so fresh. The great thing about this soap is that it is cruelty free and only cost £2.65.

Altogether I really like these products and would suggest others to try this brand out. They also have a new product which is shower gel. Here is a link to there website to check out there awesome organic and cruelty free products: http://www.pravera.co.uk/organii-everyday-organics
And to check out the website in general: http://www.pravera.co.uk

MUA Cosmetics Haul

Hi Ladies!
Today I have a small haul of makeup to show you, if you are a fan of good quality makeup at cheap prices then read on as this brand is one of the cheapest makeup brands I have come across. The brand is called MUA (Make Up Academy Cosmetics) and is has such a huge variety of products from lipstick to brushes to custom palettes.
At the moment there website are doing a free shipping deal for people who spend over £30 in one order so get that deal whilst you can, plus they also ship internationally which is a bonus!
So before I get started if you cant be bothered to read on then here is the website link, I hope you all find this website useful.. http://www.muastore.co.uk/

Lip Products

Scarlet Siren

Totally Nude

Wild Berry

These are the three shades I chose to try out and they had there benefits and disadvantages, they are great in the sense that they are very pigmented but the texture however is very much play-doe like, the texture is so dry that I have to more or less everytime use a lip brush to apply the product. However once on your lips the product looks fine and if you find that your lips look dry you can always apply a lipgloss over the top or mix another lipstick in with it which is what I do with the Wild Berry and Scarlet Siren.

Here is a swatch of the three shades:

As you can see the colours show up pretty impressive and for £1 each you could afford to buy them all and if you dont like them you wont have wasted to much money.

Eye Products

I got two eyeshadows to try out as they were also only £1 each. They are so good for the price they are at, there super pigmented and would suit any skin tone, the Matt eyeshadow is very dark and would create such a dramatic gothic look, as for the Pearl shade this one works ace as a base for your eyeshadow as it highlights the lids making them pop.

I do have other products from this brand but haven't had much chance to try them out so I haven't included them, although I will write a couple of sentences about each product and what I think of them so far:

Undress Your Skin Shimmer Highlighter - I loved the look of this product but when it came to me I saw that it was far to shimmery for my liking, I have very pale skin so anything shimmery makes me look a bit like an orange clown! I wasn't impressed with that, however if you apply a small amount you can get away with not having to much shimmer to your look. This costs £3.
Pro-Base Prime And Conceal - This product is a concealer for your eyes which gets rid of any redness using the yellow tones that it has, this product is good, I don't really use eye primer a lot so I dont know what to expect but then again I also dont wear a lot of eyeshadow, Mainly only when Im going out. This cost £1.50
F6 Blusher & Contouring Brush - This brush I mainly use for bronzer, blusher and highlighter. I like this brush however its not the best, as I use it for my cheeks and it doesn't blend the product in as well as I would like it to. This cost £3
L1 Lip Brush - This brush is amazing! For the price of the brush its such good quality, its just the right size for my lips and is such a smooth brush. Its a nice shape and keeps its shape no matter how much you use it. It applys lipstick more accuratly and evenly. The cool thing about this brush is that the handle breaks off so that you can use the bottom of it as a lid so you dont get the brush dirty, and its handy to put in your purse! This was only £1.50 and ill happily say it was worth the little amount I paid and I would buy more of them in the future.

Tropic | Body Love Buttercream

Hey girls!
I have been very busy lately and haven't had much time to relax and pamper myself so this review will be my sisters thoughts! I hope to try this product very shortly so I can add my own opinion! Before I start I want to apologise for the poor background, I am in the middle of moving rooms and I have no pretty corner to take pictures for you lovely people.

The product I will be talking about is TROPIC BODY LOVE BUTTERCREAM. Although I haven't tried this product I can say that the tub is very pretty and has all the information on needed to be able to understand how to use the product and what ingredients are included, and this product also has the vegan logo and the leaping bunny for anyone interested in products which are cruelty free.

I really admire how they have chosen green font colour which in my opinion resembles that this product is made with NATURAL plant extract by using a natural colour such as green which you would see a lot of in plants.

SISTERS REVIEW:
I am really impressed with this product, not only does it have an amazing smell to it, it also leaves the skin feeling soft and moisturised. As for the scent, I would say it's a very sweet, citrus smell. On the tub it explains that this product is infused with notes of Lemon Myrtle and Bergamot essential oils, I was right when I said this product has some sort of citrus scent to it.

Directions: Indulge daily after showering or bathing to leave your skin feeling & smelling simply irresistible.

Sorry this was a short review but considering I haven't tried this for myself I cannot say as much as I would like to, all I can say is that this product smells incredible and I would recommend it to anyone with a love for citrus scents.

Beneco's lipgloss| Flamingo

Hi girls, so the other day I won a giveaway on twitter and I won a beautiful lipgloss by a brand called Beneco's which I had heard of previously but never owned any of there products.
I was so excited to try out this product and it didn't fail to amaze me!

So here is a picture of the lipgloss I won which is called Flamingo. The smell of this is out of this world! It smells like strawberry bubble gum or as my sister would say 'fruity', and the best part of this brand is that they are cruelty free YEYYYY!

This lipgloss is perfect for me as I hate lipglosses that give off a sticky texture and are extremly thick where as this particular one applies a thin layer and is very pigmented for a lipgloss. The colour however is almost coral but more pink.

Above is the swatches of the lipgloss, the first swatch is what the lipgloss looks like when applied thickly and the other swatch is a more thin layer, however both look really pretty.

I have not worn this lipgloss enough to do a massive review so im affraid this is all I have for now!
If you would like to visit their website click on the link below:

Thankyou for reading.

Models Own | Lip Stix

Hey there!
This morning I went to do the last big of christmas sale shopping. I had a £10 Boots gift card from christmas and I spent it today on a product ive been waiting to try for so long. And TA-DAAAA, I took this opportunity to buy not one but two of the Models Own Lip Stix which are basically chunky lip crayons, they cost £5 each which is a reasonable price.
Here are some pics of the shades I chose and bought.

I chose these shades as I don't tend to buy many pink lipsticks so I thought ide start off my collection of pink's now. Beauty Blush is such a pretty, barbie like pink and to me it would suit any skin tone. BUT I am such a big fan of purple lip products hence the reason why I bought this lovely lilac shade called Purple Pleasure, It applies a lot lighter than it looks, its almost a pink colour, infact in the picture below it looks very pink. I normally go for dark purples if I am choosing a lip product but im sure I can find ways to make it work!

I am obsessed with the texture of these stix, they are so smooth and mositurising, I have used a lot of lipsticks that have been very dry on my lips but these do the complete opposite. I normally apply a base before putting lipstick on such as a lip primer or vasaline to make the surface of my lips smoother for applying lipstick but I didn't have to do it with these.
I would deffinatly by more and may even try to get the whole collection as they are super cheap compared to other cosmetic brands.

Top swatch: Purple Pleasure
Bottom Swatch: Beauty Blush
when swatched these lipstix look very pigmented.

In Boots at the moment when you buy two or more products from the brand Models Own you get a FREE glitter kit worth £10!!! This made me very happy as I now have the chance to try out Models Own's nail polish which Ive hear a lot of positive things about.

Comment below if you have tried any other Models Own products that you would or even wouldn't recommend as I will be sure to shop with them again.

Red/plum lip tutorial

I love doing dark lips in the winter and here is how I created my favourite dark lip look. This look is very simple although there are quite a few products involved, it's a super fast look to do so it would be great for if you don't have a lot of time to do your make up.

Products I used:
Elf plump and prime duo
Gosh long lasting lip marker in the shade 003 Berry
MUA matte lipstick in the shade Scarlett Siren
elf Hypershine Gloss in the shade Joy
Elf long wear lip liner in Bitter

How to create this looks:
1. Use the prime side of the elf plump and prime duo. This creates a light tone on your lips which will make the lip colour over the top of the primer more vibrant.
2. Apply the Elf long wear lip liner around the lips, sometimes I apply the lip liner all over my lips which would also create an amazing look.
3. I then went onto using the Gosh lip marker in Berry all over the lips. I wouldn't recommend this lip marker to many people as it is very dry and doesn't stand out very well although I use it if I am going for a more natural dark lip.
4. I next used the MUA lipstick which in my opinion is a very dry lipstick it reminds me a lot of a play doe texture but other than that it applies great. This lipstick will go all over the lip, you can use a lip brush to be more accurate.
5. Apply a thin layer of the Elf hypershine lipgloss, I say thin because this gloss is very thick, unless you create a very shiny lip look then you may apply more but I only like the have a thin layer of gloss.

And your look is finished, I hope this was helpful and please feel free to ask for more tutorials.
